I am afraid Humphrey you are stating "old news". Since when have UK Border Force been involved in departures? Arrivals from UK are now back at Terminal "A", where there are sufficient desks to accommodate many immigration officials, whereas during the winter we were all being herded to Terminal "C", where there is only one kiosk. Please keep up to date because although the authorities "might" take note of your column, they will not if the news is stale and out of date.
