We will meet again with the good food of the north of Spain in this appetising getaway that will take us to savour the best dishes of Bilbao's gastronomy and traditional Cantabrian cuisine, of which the famous cocido montañés (Cantabrian stew) stands out.
We will start our route with a guided tour of the centre of Bilbao which we will complete with a hearty Bilbao lunch before setting off for Santander to explore the Cantabrian capital and the lively atmosphere of its streets. Dishes from the sea and mountains will be interspersed with tours of the rich architectural heritage of Santillana del Mar, the picturesque seaside town of San Vicente de la Barquera and the charming coastal town of Castro Urdiales, with a special stop at the Altamira Cave.

We will leave by coach from Palma to go to the Sa Bassa Blanca Museum in Alcúdia, where we will take a guided tour of this magical space that combines art and nature in a setting of great beauty. Afterwards, lunch at the restaurant Bistromar, located in Port d'Alcúdia and specialising in Mediterranean cuisine. Free time and return to Palma.
