Sant Jordi's annual snail fair. | PILAR PELLICER
Snails. Well, do you or don’t you? Eat them, that is. In Mallorca, snails are something of a tradition associated with Saint Mark. The Sineu Fair, which was last weekend, tied in - as it always does - with the feast of Saint Mark.
